Create a New user account

• Do NOT create multiple accounts. You will NOT be able to register players who are already in an existing account.
• Contact the registrar if you can not access your previously created account after trying the EMAIL and PASSWORD REMINDER tools.

Your information will only be used by Chappaqua AYSO and will not be provided to others.

You will be able to sign in using the temporary password displayed after you click on submit. You will then be prompted for a password of your own choosing.

FYI: An email will with your temporary password will also be sent from registrar@chappaquaayso.org and the subject will begin with "Chappaqua AYSO"
